It's easy and convenient to shop Senzual 69, Inc. Charge your purchase: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa.
If you have a question about credit card charges relating to your order such as: refunds, double charges, etc., you can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-SENZUAL (736-9825) between, 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday. Our representatives will gladly answer any questions or help solve any problems.
You can also mail in your order and pay by personal check or money order, please allow 3-5 days for processing. All checks will be held for 21 days. Returned checks are subject to a service fee of $25. Please do not send cash. Orders with insufficient funds will be cancelled immediately.
Taxes
Florida Residents ONLY add 6.5%.
Backorders
All IN-STOCK merchandise is shipped immediately. Back-ordered items will be shipped, as they become available. Your account will be charged only be charged one time for shipping.
Discontinued Items
Due to product availability we must occasionally discontinue an item.
International Orders
We do not offer international ordering at this time.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed immediately and shipped according to availability. Due to extremely popular demand, certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon reception in our warehouse.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
The shipping and handling charges will be applied to the first shipment ONLY,
all back-ordered items will be sent at no additional charge, when they become available. See our shipping chart below.

If you have some special reason and need your order sent overnight, we are happy to offer that service for you; assuming we have availability of the item you selected. Please call our office direct or email us at service@senzual69.com to ask for this service and you will be notified right away by email if we are unable to complete this service. Your order would be guaranteed to arrive the next business day, if you place your order before 12:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. The cost for overnight is $26.95.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Senzual 69, Inc. is committed to providing you with the highest of quality products available! Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your order or any part of your order, please email us your request with the order number and there are, however, a few simple rules for return or exchange:

Returns must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1-877-SENZUAL (736-9825) or email us at: service@senzual69.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Only items that meet the return policy will be issued an RA#.

Due to strict government health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any oils or lotions, novelty items, hosiery, panties or any intimate item that covers the crotch including but not limited to, lingerie sets that have panties of any kind.
Please make your selection carefully when choosing these items. A size chart link is located on size chart page. If you feel you need help with sizes, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel an order please note that cancellations are only allowed before the order has shipped which is within 24 hrs of submitting the order. All cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an order is refused at the time of delivery the customer is responsible for the item should it be lost by the USPS and any additional fees charged for returning the item to Senzual 69, Inc.
Damaged in Shipment
In the event an item has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact our office to arrange for inspection.
